Launch of Study in Japan Information Corner at the Ministry of Education Language Centre (MOELC), Singapore
On October 24, we opened a Study in Japan Information Corner at the libraries of the Newton and Bishan campuses of the Ministry of Education Language Centre (MOELC) in Singapore, as part of the “Global Network Project to Promote Study in Japan (ASEAN Regional Office).”
The newly established corner offers a wide range of resources, including general information about studying in Japan and brochures from Japanese universities. Students are welcome to browse these materials freely. We hope these resources will inspire more students to deepen their interest in pursuing higher education in Japan.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Samuel Yeong, head of Japanese department at MOLEC, for his invaluable contribution to establishing this corner. We would also like to convey our heartfelt appreciation to principals and teachers of MOELC, the Japanese University Graduates Association of Singapore (JUGAS), and the Japan Creative Centre of the Embassy of Japan in Singapore for their generous support and collaboration in this initiative.
Okayama University remains committed to supporting Singapore students who aspire to study in Japan.
