ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံမှာ ပညာသင်ကြားရခြင်းသည် ငယ်စဉ်ကတည်းက စိတ်ကူးအိမ်မက် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ထို့အပြင် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံမှာ ပညာသင်ကြားလိုခြင်းရဲ့ အကြောင်းအရင်းများစွာထဲက အဓိက အကြောင်းရင်းတွေကတော့ ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေးစနစ်၊ ဂျပန်လူမျိုးတွေရဲ့ ရိုးရှင်းသော ဘဝနေထိုင်မှုပုံစံနှင့် သူတို့ရဲ့စာပေ၊ယဉ်ကျေးမှုနဲ့ လူမျိုးအပေါ် တန်ဖိုးထားပုံ တွေကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

I found Niigata University application information on the Internet, and I applied for it in Oct 2020. I passed the entrance exam in 2021 and I got a scholarship from Niigata University and JASSO scholarship. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic occurred, and I could not come in time. However, thankfully, I was able to come to study in Japan in April 2022.
I did not face any difficulty in preparing for the application and the entrance.

ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ Niigata University ရဲ့ ကျောင်းဝင်ခွင့်ခေါ်ဆ်ုမှုကို အင်တာနက်ပေါ်မှာ တွေ့ရှိခဲ့ပီး ၂၀၂၀ October မှာ ကျောင်းလျှောက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ၂၀၂၁ မှာ ကျောင်းဝင်ခွင့် အောင်မြင်ခဲ့ပီး Niigata University Scholarship နှင့် JASSO
scholarship တို့ကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။သို့သော်လည်း Covid အခြေအနေတွေကြောင့် April ၂၀၂၂ မှ ကျောင်းစတင် တက်ရောက်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ကျောင်းဝင်ခွင့်လျှောက်ထားမှုနဲ့ ဖြေဆိုမှာ မှာတော့ အခက်အခဲ မရှိခဲ့ပါဘူး။

I am a second-year graduate student who is taking a Ph.D. course under the division of the Comprehensive Prosthodontics Department. Currently, I have been doing research about the shortened dental arch and my research title is the effect of oral function on the shortened dental arch with or without the removable partial denture.

On the weekend, I usually have fun with my friends (Myanmar family). We sometimes go out shopping and wander around Niigata. During the long holidays, we go on trips to other famous places in different cities.

အားလပ်ရက်တွေမှာတော့ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေ နဲ့အတူ အပြင်ထွက်လည်ပတ်တာတွေ ခရီးထွက်တာတွေနဲ့ အချိန်ကုန်ဆံုးလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ပိတ်ရက်ရှည်တွေမှာတော့ တစ်ခြားမြို့တွေကို အလည်အပတ် သွားရောက်လေ့လာကြပါတယ်။

The most challenge for me is the sudden lifestyle changes. Therefore, I encountered several difficulties when I first arrived in Japan. My co-workers and Myanmar family in Niigata helped me to overcome these. Nevertheless, I presumed these challenges as a privilege and now I got used to living styles in Japan. From my experience, one thing that I want to remind the juniors is that they should learn the Japanese language to communicate with the Japanese people. If you can communicate with them, I suppose 80 % of your difficulties in living in Japan will be convenient.

ကျွန်မအတွက် အခက်အခဲဆုံးဖြစ်ခဲ့တာကတော့ ရုတ်တရက်ပြောင်းလဲသွားရတဲ့ နေထိုင်မှုပုံစံ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။အဲဒါကြောင့် အစပိုင်းမှာ အခက်အခဲတွေတွေ့ခဲ့ရပေမယ့် co-workers တွေ မြန်မာမိသားစုတွေရဲ့ အကူအညီနဲ့ ကျော်ဖြတ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ကျွန်မရဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံအရ ပြောရမည်ဆိုလျှင် ဂျပန်စာ တတ်ကျွမ်းဖို့ အားထုတ်ဖို့အတွက် အကြံပေးချင်ပါတယ်။ဂျပန်လူမျိုးတွေနဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပါက အခက်အခဲ အများစု အဆင်ပြေနိုင်တယ် လို့ ယူဆမိပါတယ်။

As a senior, I would like to encourage juniors to study in Japan to not only widen their knowledge and perception of life but also to be able to stand on their own with confident and strong minds.
