As more young people from Myanmar seek opportunities to study and work in Japan, this seminar aimed to facilitate smoother cultural adaption in Japan by providing foundational insights into cross‑cultural adjustment and Japanese communication styles. Mr. Takeshi Asai (a lecturer at Meiji University, counselor at the Japan Foundation Japanese‑Language Institute in Urawa, and certified clinical psychologist) delivered a clear explanation of the mental health and stress challenges people often experience when adjusting to cross‑cultural environments.
